1. About these terms
These terms apply to every purchase made on this website. By placing an order you accept them. Sellzuma operates the store; our EU VAT number is ESZ3632623P and you can reach us at support@espmercado.com.
2. Orders
When you place an order you receive an order number on screen. Keep it: you need it as the payment reference and for any support request. An order is accepted once we confirm your payment has been received. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund the full amount.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT at 21%. The order summary at checkout shows the product subtotal, the VAT amount and the total to pay before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you placed the order is the one that applies to it.
4. Payment
We accept payment by secure bank transfer only. Transfer instructions, including the IBAN and a QR code, are shown at checkout. Always quote your order number as the payment reference so we can match your transfer quickly. We ship once the transfer is confirmed as received, usually within one business day of the payment arriving.
5. Delivery
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier after payment confirmation. Items marked Fast Delivery are dispatched with priority. Delivery times depend on your destination and the carrier; we will keep you informed by email if anything changes with your order.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email support@espmercado.com with your order number to start a return. Return the item unused and in its original packaging; we refund the item price to the account that paid, within 14 days of receiving the return. You pay the return postage unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
7. Warranty
All products carry the legal conformity warranty of at least 2 years under EU law. If a product develops a fault within that period, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem: we will repair, replace or refund depending on the situation.
8. Product information
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including photos, features and compatible uses. Slight differences between the photos and the delivered item (for example colour shade) do not count as a defect. If a product is materially different from its description, the return in section 6 applies with no cost to you.
9. Liability
Our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts, without affecting your right to bring proceedings in the country where you live or to use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you placed your order are the ones that apply to it.
