1. Who we are
Sellzuma is an online store for tech accessories serving customers in Europe. For any privacy question, contact support@espmercado.com. Our EU VAT number is ESZ3632623P.
2. What data we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address so we can process and ship it. We also record the payment reference of your bank transfer. When you contact support, we keep the content of your message so we can help you.
3. Analytics data
To improve the store we collect anonymous usage data: which pages are viewed, how far visitors scroll, which products are clicked and how visitors reach us (for example from a search engine). This data is stored against a random visitor ID, not your name. If you start checkout but do not finish, we keep the cart contents and any email or mobile number you typed, so we can offer help with your order.
4. Why we use your data
We use order data to fulfil your purchase (contract), analytics data to improve the store (legitimate interest), and support correspondence to resolve your questions. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
5. Who we share data with
We share the delivery address with our shipping partners so your order arrives. Payment data flows through our bank transfer provider. Our store is hosted on European infrastructure, and we never transfer your data outside the EU for marketing purposes.
6. How long we keep data
Order records are kept for the period required by Spanish and EU tax law (currently 4 years for invoices). Analytics events are kept for up to 12 months. Support conversations are kept for 2 years after the last reply.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when no legal obligation requires us to keep it. You can also object to analytics and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@espmercado.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
8. Cookies
We use a small number of functional storage entries to remember your cart and your visitor session, and to keep administrators signed in to the dashboard. We do not run advertising cookies.
9. Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date below.
